Genikes Mobile App is the General Insurance of Cyprus mobile phone application, available free of charge through the App Store. The Application allows the User to perform a series of actions via their mobile phone. Specifically, via the Application, the User can: • Notify the Motor Assistance Service without having to call, as the Application uses the mobile phone’s GPS tracking to trace the exact location of the User’s vehicle to submit an automatic notification to General Insurance of Cyprus. • Notify the Accident Care Assistance Service without having to call, as the Application uses the mobile phone’s GPS tracking to trace the exact location of the User’s vehicle to submit an automatic notification to General Insurance of Cyprus. • Notify General Insurance of Cyprus by filing an electronic Claim in the event of windscreen damage or a damage to the insured vehicle, other than third-party damage or third-party bodily injuries, submitting all necessary information requested by the Application. This service is available between 06.00 – 20.00. The app is available to all, free of charge. User registration is required to use the app.
