Also, every time a WOD is repeated , the progress in rounds, times, weights... will be shown. The more experimented athletes can find their last scores on benchmark WODs (Fran, Grace, Annie...) on their profile. They can track their evolution on strength exercises on 1, 3, 5 and 10RM, analize their strengths and find their weakest points.
