Advanced Clinical Practitioner appointments are available from 8am – 10pm* There’s no need to fit in with fixed opening hours or be left hanging on the phone to make an appointment or to get the support you need. Your full medical notes can be sent to your NHS GP to make sure that everyone’s in the picture. Doctor-patient confidentiality is paramount. Your notes will be stored securely in your patient record. When asked for an activation code, activate using your AXA Health membership number if you have one (found on your AXA Health membership documentation) or, if you don’t have an AXA Health membership number, use the activation code emailed to you by Doctor Care Anywhere.
