The app has an integrated tracking functionality and you can also use wellknown tracking hardware or software, like Apple Health, GoogleFit and Fitbit to share your exercise, sleep etc. data with the app. STAY MOTIVATED The MyLife app uses motivation techniques from behavioural science and collaborative features from social networks.
