Immerse yourself in a unique combination of inner peace and creative expression and join us for this special workshop of Sound and Earth. 1.Session on SUNDAY, 14.06. 2pm-5pm (total 3 hours)  1. Hand-Building Workshop (2 hours)We begin in the studio by engaging with clay in a mindful, somatic way. Through simple hand-building techniques, we learn to shape vessels—allowing our hands to lead while our mind slows down. The direct touch of the clay, its softness and weight, invites us to ground, breathe, and feel present. Our wonderful teacher Wendy Taylor will gently guide and support you throughout this creative process as you craft unique ceramic pieces. 2. Sound Meditation (45 minutes)After finishing your ceramic creations, we slowly transition to our serene studio terrace (15 minute break). There, you’ll settle onto your yoga mat and immerse yourself in a restorative sound journey with Crystal Tones Alchemy Singing Bowls, guided by our certified sound practitioner Steffi from Balmae Sound. This meditative experience helps the body and mind integrate the calm of the creative process, leaving you feeling centered, light, and at peace for the rest of your Sunday.
