The Registration Management System (RMS) is designed for the five health profession Councils of Cambodia (Medicine, Dental, Midwives, Nurses and Pharmacy) to allow online application and payment process by applicants for registration as a health professional and a license to practice as a health practitioner. The RMS provides a data base or register for each Council that records all registered health professionals and all health practitioners that hold a current license to practice. Specific information from the RMS will be made available to the public so that they can readily search on-line at any time and identify whether the person providing their health care is a registered and licensed health practitioner with the relevant Council.
