Exercises come from evidence based psychology. We borrow adaptations from the following work to guide our techniques: Bilateral Stimulation and EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Principles, MIndfulness, Somatics, Color awareness, Symptom Tracking/Self-monitoring, Gratitude, Positive Psychology, Goal-setting, Narrative and Solution Focused techniques, Laughter Yoga, systematic desensitization of phobias, installation of positive cognitions and more. Subscriptions are auto-renewable which means that once purchased, it will be automatically charged to you monthly or annually until you cancel it at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage your subscription and auto-renewal by going to your iTunes Account Settings. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
