Análisis de la app Neuro: ADHD Coach and Planner para 11 de octubre

Neuro is the ADHD planner built for brains that never stop — and never quite start. Most apps assume focus comes easy. For ADHD minds, it doesn't. Neuro removes the wall between "I should do this" and actually doing it. BREAK ANY TASK WITH AI Tap AI Breakdown and Neuro splits any task into micro-steps your ADHD brain can start right now. No more paralysis. No more guilt. AN AI COACH THAT REMEMBERS Stuck? Anxious? Overwhelmed? Your AI Coach is judgment-free and available 24/7 — and it holds a real conversation. Ask it to break something down, then ask about step 2, and it knows which step 2 you mean. It can see what's on your plate and tell you what to start with, by name. A TIMER THAT KILLS TIME BLINDNESS Time blindness is real. Neuro's full-screen timer makes time visible — no draining ring, no ticking pressure, just the time left and the step you're on. Add five minutes or stop whenever. No penalty, ever. IT FOLLOWS YOU OUT OF THE APP Start a session and the Dynamic Island and Lock Screen show the step you're working on — not just a countdown. Tick that step off without unlocking anything. Tap it to jump back to where you left. BUILD STREAKS THAT ACTUALLY STICK ADHD brains respond to dopamine. Neuro's streak system gives you XP, phase upgrades and visual wins that make habits feel possible — not punishing. Miss a day and you get a streak freeze, not a lecture. PLAN WITHOUT THE CHAOS Your day as a timeline, not a list — every task at a real time, so you can see where the gaps are. Tap any task to launch the timer. Filter by priority when the list gets long. TIẾNG VIỆT Neuro speaks Vietnamese, throughout — including everything the AI says back to you. NEURO PRO Unlimited AI Breakdowns · Unlimited AI Coach · Chat history · Focus Music Start with a 3-day free trial. Cancel anytime. Neuro is made for ADHD minds, by people who get it.
