Análisis de la app Holdly – Isometric Timer para 10 de octubre

Hold longer, one plank at a time. Holdly is a dead-simple isometric hold timer for plank, wall sit, side plank, glute bridge, hollow hold and squat hold. Start the timer, hold your position, and let Holdly count every second. WHY HOLDLY • Progressive by design — after each hold you tap how it felt (Easy / Just right / Too hard) and Holdly nudges your next goal up by +5 seconds, or eases off. No guesswork, no overtraining. • Beat your best — every exercise tracks your personal record, your day streak, and your total time held. • See it grow — clean charts show your holds trending up over time. • Make it yours — add custom holds with your own name, icon and starting goal. BUILT TO BE SIMPLE • No account, no sign-up, no ads. • Works fully offline. Your data stays on your device. • A prep countdown, sound and haptics keep you focused on the hold, not the screen. Whether you're building a stronger core, chasing a longer wall sit, or just want to add five more seconds every day, Holdly turns a single second of effort into steady progress. Pick a position. Hold it. Watch it grow.
