Know your real profit before you hit List. eBay Calculator turns a selling price into the number that actually matters: what lands in your pocket after fees, shipping, sales tax and what you paid for the item. THE MATH, INSTANTLY Type in your price and item cost, choose who covers shipping, and everything updates as you type. No Calculate button, no waiting. • Net profit and profit margin, live • A color-coded breakdown ring showing where every dollar goes — profit, eBay fees, sales tax, shipping and item cost • Break-even price, so you know your floor before you accept an offer • Fee and tax assumptions you can adjust for one sale without changing your defaults BUILT FOR HOW YOU ACTUALLY SELL • An "I pay" / "Buyer pays" shipping toggle, with profit that reflects either choice honestly • Set your default final value fee, per-order fee and sales tax once — every new calculation starts there • Show your numbers in any of 50 currencies • Save a calculation, then add a photo of the item so your saved list is scannable at a glance • Optional iCloud sync keeps saved sales on every device signed in to your Apple Account • Ask Siri for a quick estimate, or drop the Shortcut into your listing routine OPTIONAL APPLE INTELLIGENCE The calculator itself never uses AI. Every number comes from the same deterministic engine, computed on your device, offline, the same way every time. Apple Intelligence sits beside it and only runs when you tap: • Explain profit — your breakdown in plain language • Break even price — what that number means for this sale • What should I adjust? — one or two concrete changes and their likely effect • Scenario comparison — price up 10%, price down 10%, or switching who pays shipping, weighed side by side Turn the whole thing off in Settings if you would rather not see it. On devices that do not support Apple Intelligence, it never appears at all. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT There is no account, no sign-up, no tracking and no ads. Your sales stay on your device and, if you switch sync on, in your own private iCloud. —— Fees shown are estimates based on the rates you enter. eBay's actual fees vary by category, seller status, store subscription and promotions, so always confirm against your own seller account.
