Análisis de la app Fowo para 13 de octubre

Fowo helps you stop doomscrolling and follow through on what matters. Three modes. One goal: less distraction, more progress. 🎯 Mission Mode for goals and locked focus 🛡️ Focus Shield to block distracting apps ⏱️ Focus Timer for deep work 🎯 MISSION MODE Set a goal and a daily focus target. Run locked focus sessions that cannot be stopped mid-run. Commitment Mode can intervene when you open distraction apps before today’s target is done, showing your why and progress so you can return to the Mission. 🛡️ FOCUS SHIELD Pick the apps that derail you, then choose how strict you want to be: • 🚫 Always Block • Daily time cap (minutes per day) • Session cap (minutes per session) • 📅 Schedule window (block during certain hours) • Emergency Access (limited unlocks so you’re never “stuck”) ⏱️ FOCUS TIMER • One-tap presets (and long-press to customize) • Custom duration (seconds to hours) • Pause / resume / reset • Reliable completion notifications • Portrait + immersive landscape fullscreen • Sessions can count toward your Mission 🧠 REALITY CHECK Get a nudge when you’ve been in an app too long, so you can snap back to what matters. ⭐ FOWO PRO Start with a free trial on Google Play when eligible, then continue with a monthly or yearly subscription.
