Análisis de la app Habidu: ADHD Planner & Coach para 29 de septiembre

Most productivity apps were built for brains that don't need them. Habidu is built for the rest of us. Habidu is an AI daily coach designed for ADHD and anyone who struggles with getting started, time blindness, and plans that fall apart by 10am. A COACH, NOT A CHECKLIST Chat with your coach like a friend - by text or voice. It plans your day with you, breaks overwhelming tasks into tiny first steps, and celebrates your wins like it means it (because it does). REMINDERS THAT DON'T GIVE UP (KINDLY) One-shot reminders are useless for ADHD brains. Habidu nudges again - gently, then smarter. And when pushing isn't helping, it offers to reschedule or simply backs off. No shame, ever. TIME YOU CAN SEE Your day is a visual timeline with honest free-time blocks. A focus timer walks you through one step at a time - with optional pomodoro rhythms and focus soundscapes - and keeps counting when you blow past zero, because finishing matters more than the plan. HABITS THAT FORGIVE A habit grid shows every routine's real history. Your habit strength dips when you miss a day - it never resets to zero. Seven good days bank a streak freeze that spends itself so one hard morning doesn't erase a month. And Habidu learns how long your steps ACTUALLY take, then offers to fix the plan instead of blaming you. MORNINGS AND EVENINGS THAT HOLD THE DAY TOGETHER A coach-led morning intention and an evening reflection (your biggest win, one thing to improve), saved as a journal you can look back on. Your data stays yours: no ads, no selling data, export or delete everything anytime. Built by someone who needed it to exist.
