Análisis de la app PMDD Symptom Tracker para 1 de octubre

PMDD, tracked with the seriousness it deserves. Lunaire PMDD Tracker is a private, offline symptom diary for people living with premenstrual dysphoric disorder. Log luteal-phase mood crashes, rage, anxiety, physical symptoms and cycle patterns. WHAT YOU CAN TRACK • Mood — low mood, rage, anxiety, hopelessness, irritability • Sleep quality & insomnia • Energy & fatigue levels • Physical symptoms — bloating, breast tenderness, cramps, headaches • Brain fog, concentration, cravings and appetite shifts • Period dates, flow and spotting — so your luteal pattern is visible • 24 built-in symptoms in total • Supplements, and whether you took them • Food, drink and exercise by type and intensity • Weight (kg, lbs or st), blood pressure, pulse and temperature • Appointments and daily notes, with reminders Every symptom and exercise is rated on a simple five-point scale — you can log the same symptom or exercise multiple times a day. Many people live with more than one condition, so you can add symptoms of your own and hide the ones you don't use — the lists end up matching you. PRIVACY-FIRST BY DESIGN ✓ No accounts. No sign-up. Open the app and start logging. ✓ No cloud. Your data lives in a local database only you control. ✓ No ads. Ever. No tracking. No analytics. ✓ Works fully offline. PDF REPORTS Generate a clean PDF of your cycle-mood pattern and symptom severity — share it with your doctor, gynecologist or psychiatrist in one tap. BUILT FOR PMDD, NOT PMS PMDD is not "bad PMS", and most period apps lump them together and miss the pattern. Lunaire PMDD Tracker keeps your mood log and your period log side by side, so the luteal drop becomes visible from your first full cycle. Built around the DSM-5 symptom set — severe mood symptoms, functional impairment, luteal-only timing. FREE • Symptom, mood, period, food, exercise and supplement logging • Up to three entries per symptom per day • Calendar view • Weight, temperature and blood pressure • Appointments • One week of trends and charts • Your complete history, always browsable • Backup and restore to a file you keep • Light, dark and AMOLED themes, plus an in-app language picker PREMIUM • Trends over one month, three months, a year or all time • PDF reports • CSV data export • Twelve entries per symptom / exercise per day • Your own custom symptoms and exercises, plus hiding the ones you don't use • Supplement and appointment reminders • Scheduled automatic backups • A personalized home screen • Eight food and trigger correlations instead of three Track PMDD — privately.
