Análisis de la app FitFoodz: Calorie Counter para 28 de septiembre

A free calorie counter and macro tracker built for South Africa, with the food you actually eat. Most calorie counters were built somewhere else. You scan a Woolworths ready meal or a Clover yoghurt and get nothing back, or you get an American product with different numbers. FitFoodz is built here, for the food on your shelf, and it counts in kilojoules or calories, whichever you think in. FREE, INCLUDING THE BARCODE SCANNER Other calorie counters put barcode scanning behind a subscription. Ours does not. Scan, log, weigh in, track your trends. No trial, no card, no upsell. A SOUTH AFRICAN FOOD DATABASE Woolworths, Checkers, Pick n Pay, Spar, Clover, Bokomo, Future Life, Kauai. Real local products with real local portion sizes, in kJ or cal, your choice. SNAP ANY LABEL Barcode not in there yet? Photograph the nutrition table and Chloe, the built-in assistant, reads it and logs it for you. Every product you add makes the database better for the next person. A CALORIE TARGET THAT ACTUALLY FITS YOU Answer a few questions about your training, with weight training and cardio counted separately, and get a calorie and macro target built from what you really do. Whether that is weight loss, lean muscle, recomposition, banting or just more energy. Already know your numbers? Type them in and we will use yours. SEE IT BEFORE YOU EAT IT Check what a meal does to your day before you log it, not after. Protein, carbs and fat as bars, what this food adds, and what is left. A FOOD DIARY THAT LEARNS Your usual foods come back first, so most days take a few taps. Save a meal you eat often and log the whole thing in one go. PROGRESS YOU CAN SEE Weekly weigh-ins, waist, body fat and progress photos in one place, with trend charts against your target. Because the scale on its own is a liar on any given morning. Steps and sleep pull straight from Health Connect if you want them, and are never used for advertising. AND THE FOOD, IF YOU WANT IT We cook and deliver macro-counted meals across South Africa. Order from us and every meal logs in one tap with exact numbers, because we made it and we weighed it. Browse the menu, build your own box, reorder your last one and track your delivery, all from the app. You never have to order anything to use the tracker. It is free and the scanner is free. Questions? Message us on WhatsApp from inside the app and a real person in Potchefstroom answers. Built in South Africa, for South Africa. FitFoodz is not a medical service and does not give medical advice. Targets are estimates from published formulas, with sources cited in the app. Speak to your doctor before changing your diet, especially if you have a health condition or are pregnant.
