Analyse de l'application Lights in Alingsås pour le 7 octobre

This year’s theme is Stories of Love and explores love in all its forms — from the great epic romances we read about in books to the love we feel for family, friends, and our pets. We live in a time when the world needs more love. We want to shower visitors with love so they leave here with a warm feeling inside. Lights in Alingsås is a lighting design event in which lighting designers from across the globe illuminate urban environments together with international students through a workshop. The workshop lasts for one week and ends with the grand opening. The installations can be seen throughout the month of October. This year’s lighting trail is 3,5 kilometers long featuring six workshop installations and several Highlights spread out through the heart of Alingsås. Visitors will see a mix of cityscapes, nature, waterways. Walking and seeing the installations on your own is for free. The installations are lit from dusk to dawn and follow the usual streetlights’ rhythm every day from October 2 to November 1. From 24:00–05:00 the installations are programmed on “night-scene”, which means they are turned off or are not lit as strong. To find out more about this year’s installations and event, download the Lights in Alingsås app for free. In the app you can also find a digital guided tour (audio-guide) for free that is available in Swedish or in English.
