The workout history allows you to see your progress for each workout and the total load is a good indicator that you're progressing in the right direction. With features like supersets, you can maximize your time in the gym. Turn on superset for all exercises and you've got a crossfit-style workout. Increase or decrease rest periods and you adjust for power versus endurance. Change the theme to a color that's easier for you to see or whatever suites your mood.
