Analyse de l'application On the Dot - Visual Timer pour le 8 octobre

Can't start tasks until the deadline? Always "just 5 more minutes"? On the Dot is a visual timer designed by an Occupational Therapist to help ADHD brains build real time awareness—not just track it. Two interactive tools to conquer time blindness: • Beat the Clock: Create visual deadlines to gamify your tasks and slay procrastination. Drag the minute hand to create a colored time wedge. Finish before it runs out. • On the Dot: Train your internal sense of time. Predict when you'll finish, then see how close you were. Build accuracy through feedback. WHY ON THE DOT WORKS: Most timers just count down. On the Dot helps you feel how long 20 minutes actually lasts. Understand time instead of fighting it. DESIGNED FOR ADHD AND EXECUTIVE FUNCTIONING: • Evidence-based OT strategies • Clean, distraction-free interface • No ads, subscriptions, or data tracking • Works offline Just a simple, intentional tool to help you work on time.
