What's going on with you? is an emotional well-being tool designed to help you pause, name what is happening, and organize a personal or shared situation. The app guides you through a seven-step journey inspired by emotional cards: setting the situation, recognizing what you feel, locating the physical sensation, identifying the emotion, discovering what you need, choosing available resources, and closing with a supportive phrase. You can use it in individual mode for an intimate session at your own pace, or in collective mode, designed for couples, families, support groups, or guided settings where multiple people want to listen to different perspectives on the same situation. What you can do: Explore cards for feelings, physical sensations, emotions, needs, resources, and empowering phrases. Create a step-by-step session and save the final board. Pin cards that help you understand a situation. View your progress and history of completed sessions. Set local reminders if you want to practice again. Export or delete your data directly from the app. Your session information is stored locally on your device. You do not need to create an account to use the app, and your sessions are not sent to external servers. This app is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or emergency care. It is a space for reflection, self-care, and respectful support.
