Move stronger with BaseBlocks+. Choose from 50+ calisthenics and mobility programs based on your training goal. START AT ANY STRENGTH LEVEL We have programs catered to absolute beginners and advanced athletes. Looking to get your first unassisted chin-up or dip? We have a six-part series designed just for you. If you’ve got the basics and want to unlock the planche or front lever, we’ve got you covered with tiered general and skill-specific programs. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS All of our programs have baseline and progress tests. These include a combination of general strength measures (push, pull, and lower body) to track long-term trends, as well as specific tests relevant to each program’s unique goals. Upon completing a program, compare your results to see how much you have improved. BULLETPROOF YOUR BODY Whether you want to be able to do the splits like Jean-Claude Van Damme or just improve general flexibility, we’ve got you covered with our mobility programs. Do you have a specific joint that bothers you or that you want to make more resilient? Check out the Prehab Programs for each major joint. EVERY CALISTHENICS SKILL We have a tiered series of programs for each calisthenics skill. Whether you are trying to hit your first muscle-up or increase the duration of your planche hold, there’s a program for you. Not sure of which skill to focus on but want to build strength globally? Check out general calisthenics routines. MASTER YOUR BODY Our video tutorials are specific to your training level. Are you an absolute beginner? We cover key details relevant to you and skip the noise. Are you more advanced? We cover the finer details but won’t bore you with what you already know.
