Analyse de l'application Euno: AI Personal Journal pour le 9 octobre

Euno is a personal journal with an AI layer that helps you know yourself better. You write whatever you have, and Euno gives you back a brief observation — quoting your own words — with no advice and no diagnoses. If you want to go deeper, tap once and it asks you a single question to keep pulling the thread. — What makes it different — It's not a chat with no memory. Euno holds the thread of who you've been, entry by entry: · Reflections — a weekly reading of the themes and emotions that kept coming back, said back to you in your own voice. · Your portrait — a portrait of you that writes itself, entry by entry, and that only you can see. · Your days — a calendar of the month with a small face for each day, showing how you were doing. — Guided journals — For the days when the blank page feels heavy: gratitude, relationships, wins, getting things off your chest, decisions, closing the week, and more. Each one walks you through one question at a time and lets go of your hand when you no longer need it. — A breather, when you need one — Wellbeing anchored to your journal, not a separate app: an intention to open or close the day, reframing a thought, an affirmation, breathing, a body scan, the five senses, a background sound. — Recognition, never pressure — We show you what you did, not what you should do. A streak that grows slowly, quiet milestones. No metrics, no goals, no better version of you waiting. — Your journal is yours — What you write stays with you: take it with you or delete it whenever you want. We don't sell your data or use it for anything else. Euno is not therapy and doesn't replace a professional. If you're going through a hard time, reach out to someone you trust or to a professional. — Subscription — Euno Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual). Payment is charged to your App Store account and renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
