Analyse de l'application Relay Athletic pour le 1 octobre

Relay is the official athlete app for programs built on Relay Athletics. Your coach builds the program. You execute it. Relay makes sure nothing gets in the way. YOUR WORKOUTS, READY WHEN YOU ARE Open the app and today's session is already there — sets, reps, load, tempo, rest. Everything your coach prescribed, exactly as they built it. No PDFs. No group chats. No guessing. LOG AS YOU LIFT Track every set in real time. Relay captures your results and sends them straight back to your coach automatically. They see what you hit. You stay accountable. WATCH YOUR PROGRESS BUILD Strength curves, estimated 1RMs, volume over time. See exactly how far you've come — per lift, per block, per season. CHECK IN DAILY Log readiness, sleep quality, and soreness in seconds. Your coach monitors trends across the roster and adjusts your training before problems become injuries. BUILT FOR ATHLETES WHO TAKE IT SERIOUSLY Relay is used by competitive teams and high-performance programs. If your coach runs Relay, this is your app. Relay Athletics. Show up. Execute. Improve.
