Analyse de l'application Ping Network Tool pour le 1 octobre

Ping Network Tool is a fast, clean network diagnostic app for Android that works equally well for everyday users and networking professionals. SIMPLE MODE — INTERNET CHECK IN ONE TAP Not sure if your internet is working? Open Ping Network Tool and tap a single button. The app sends an ICMP probe, interprets the result, and replies in plain English: "Internet is available" or a clear explanation of what went wrong — DNS failure, host unreachable, or no connectivity. No technical background required. If you want to dig deeper, switch to Advanced mode at any time. ADVANCED MODE — LINUX-STYLE PING AND TRACEROUTE Advanced mode gives you a terminal-style interface with three tabs: ▶ Ping tab: Enter any hostname or IP address, configure packet size, interval, and count, then watch live ICMP output stream line by line — identical to ping on Linux. A live RTT graph plots each response so you can instantly spot jitter and packet loss. Tap Trace to run a full traceroute to the same host, revealing every hop and its round-trip latency. Copy the full session output to clipboard in one tap for sharing or documentation. ▶ History tab: Every ping and traceroute session is saved automatically with full output and RTT statistics (min, avg, max, mdev). Your history persists across restarts, giving you a complete record of your network tests. ▶ Network tab: See your device's Wi-Fi IP, external IP address (fetched via ipify.org), DNS server (Android), and detected country at a glance. Tap Refresh to get the latest external IP — ideal for verifying VPN exit nodes or confirming your public address after network changes. HOST BOOK — SAVE YOUR FAVORITE TARGETS Store up to five hosts in the free plan for quick access without retyping. Each saved host can be enrolled in background monitoring, which periodically pings it and notifies you if it stops responding. PREMIUM — $1.99 ONCE, YOURS FOREVER Ping Network Tool is completely free with no time limit. One optional in-app purchase unlocks everything permanently: ✓ TCP Ping: probe a specific port (HTTP, HTTPS, SMTP, gaming, custom) rather than using ICMP alone — far more useful for checking if a service is actually up. ✓ Unlimited hosts and background monitoring: remove the 5-host limit and monitor as many servers as you need. ✓ No promotional banners: permanently removes the upsell banner and weekly reminders from the interface. ✓ Family Sharing: automatically shared with your Android family group at no extra cost. No subscription. No recurring charges. No hidden fees. Buy once, keep forever. PRIVACY FIRST Ping Network Tool does not require an account, does not track you, and does not upload your data. Network requests are limited to hosts you explicitly test and one call to ipify.org to display your external IP when you open the Network tab. Built with Kotlin Multiplatform and Jetpack Compose for a smooth, native Android experience. Whether you are a home user troubleshooting slow Wi-Fi, a network engineer checking server uptime from the field, or a developer verifying that your latest deployment is responding on the right port — Ping Network Tool is the reliable, no-nonsense utility you need.
