The birthdate listed on the photo id can also be manually entered into the app by the retailer for a quick age calculation. This application is only intended to assist retailers in calculating the age of the purchaser. This application does not check or verify whether an ID is real or authentic. Retailers are responsible for ensuring that they do not sell tobacco products to individuals under 21 years of age. This application does not transmit or share this information or save the information on the user’s device or a third party or government server.
