===== HOW IT WORKS =====
Our professional coaching team creates a unique Daily Workout for every day. This way we combine professional workout planning with maximum workout variety and prevent boredom.
The AI in our app customizes the Daily Workout before each workout based on your performance, equipment and gear: Before each workout, you can decide in real time what options you currently have available. Common equipment combinations are saved in equipment profiles (e.g. "at home", "gym").
WE MOTIVATE: NEW DAILY WORKOUTS
Let our coaching team create a completely new fitness workout plan for you every day: We call it a "Daily Workout," or WOD. You will never do a workout twice.
WE GUIDE YOU: 100% TAILORED
Our AI customizes every single exercise in each of your workouts (WOD) for you. Through your feedback after the workout, each subsequent workout is even better suited to your personal strengths and weaknesses.
WE HELP YOU: AS FLEXIBLE AS YOUR EVERYDAY LIFE
Train with or without equipment! You can decide before each workout what you have available today: kettlebell, dumbbell, sandbag, TRX, pull-up bar or barbell. We have over 40 pieces of gym equipment that you can incorporate into your workout.
800+ FUNCTIONAL TRAINING EXERCISES
Never done Marc Lauren, Freeletics, CrossFit or other functional training? HIT or circuit training of different muscle groups is difficult for you? Kernwerk® offers you German-language video instruction for functional training: You'll get tutorials from our fitness coach on basic exercises, strength training and muscle building, as well as tips on mobilization.
DYNAMIC TRAINING PLAN
We do not work with a classic fitness training plan! You can decide every day how and where you want to train. To the gym? Or rather a home workout with bodyweight? Decide which workout suits you today.
SHORT & LONG TERM RESULTS
Through our HIT training you will quickly become super fit and celebrate enormous successes. We are not a 10-week fitness plan - but with us you are motivated even after months and years, avoid the yo-yo effect and you stay healthy, fit and efficient until old age.
APPLE HEALTH
You can now activate the connection to Apple Health in the settings of the Kernwerk® app. This connection will transmit your workout duration to Apple Health. This way you can close your workout "ring" and let Apple know how busy you've been.
IN-APP PURCHASES
Without a membership (subscription), you can complete our workouts and strength plans for free anytime. With a membership (subscription), individual HIT/HIIT workouts are available to you. We offer the Kernwerk® subscription in three terms: 3, 6 or 12 months.
