Report any damage to the vehicle via the Mobility app before you start your journey. • Unlock the vehicle using the app (via Bluetooth), the Mobility Card or your SwissPass card. • Off you go! ▶ Step 4: DROP OFF • Return the vehicle to the original Mobility station on time.
