Has your health care provider invited you to the Heart for Health app? With this app you can easily engage with your health, from the comfort of your home. Measurements that you submit are automatically forwarded to your care provider so they can monitor your health remotely. The Heart for Health app offers the following Safe log in Each time you log in, we will send you a verification code via SMS, we do this to keep your account safe. Sending measurements to your care provider You can manually submit a measurement or use one of the connected devices to do so. Ask your care provider which devices are available to you. The measurements you submit are automatically forwarded to your care provider. You can also view your current and past measurements within the app. Notifications and reminders You will receive a message within the app when it’s time to perform a measurement.

MijnOLVG

Met MijnOLVG heeft u als patiënt van OLVG altijd toegang tot uw medische gegevens. Op elk moment, wanneer het u uitkomt. U maakt of wijzigt afspraken, bekijkt uitslagen van onderzoeken of stuurt een bericht aan de afdeling waar u onder behandeling bent. MijnOLVG geeft u inzicht in uw gezondheid en helpt u bij het voorbereiden van uw afspraken en het gesprek met uw zorgverlener. Ook kunt u ervoor zorgen dat andere zorgverleners uw dossier in kunnen zien, bijvoorbeeld uw huisarts. OLVG breidt MijnOLVG steeds verder uit, zodat u zelf meer digitaal kunt regelen. Met MijnOLVG kunnen we u sneller helpen. Inloggen gaat eenvoudig met DigiD. Heeft u vragen over MijnOLVG?
