Confidant gives you the tools to treat behavioral health patients from the comfort of your own home, on your own schedule. Want to stay working at your current hospital or clinic? No problem. Confidant is designed for you to work part time under a locum tenens arrangement with our physicians practice. At Confidant, each member is assigned a Matchmaker who acts as their personal concierge and care navigator connecting them to the best clinical resources and answering their questions. As a Confidant provider, you’d be able to define the patients you most connect with and those who you feel most confident in helping. All you have to do is let us know your schedule and we’ll book you patients during those times. Outside of these patient encounters, there will be an asynchronous or synchronously weekly collaboration with your fellow care team members. We are very selective of the providers we let join the Confidant Network. We interview all potential providers and only accept the top 5% of providers in a given state.
