This application is designed to create machine touch report when user find some failures in the machine. User can record main component, subcomponent, phenomenon, urgency, photos and comments offline. List of values are provided for easy input and manual input is also available. The report will be uploaded to web when internet is available, and it will be managed as potential deal in web application. This application will support your reporting job. ■Login This application requires the invitation to use. After getting your account, please input your ID and Password. ■Function -MTA- You can input basic information such as model, serial, SMR and input failure portion in the machine. -MTA history- You can see the report list which you created so far. Report is uploaded by sync button. -Sync- You can download report formats. Report formats are defined in web app.
