You as a patient will have an agreement with the health organization about use of the service. For you as a patient, the remote monitoring consists of a mobile application that you can install on any mobile phone or tablet, and you may also have one or more medical sensors to measure vital data such as weight, heartrate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, temperature or blood sugar as part of the follow-up. The mobile application and sensors cannot be used until you are registered as a patient by the health service that is responsible for your treatment and follow-up. In this application they receive the information you have submitted, evaluate the information, and if needed, initiate extended follow-up.
