Musalih is a Platform to connect users with handyman services within Oman. It is made easy for the user to look for a service in a finger tab and in short amount of time the service provider “Mahir” can accept the request and provide the service for the user. The user has the option to schedule a service to request immediately. Through the request process at Musalih Platform users have to describe the issue or the service they need to complete or resolve. Services covered are in the Air conditioning, Electricity and Plumping. All services provided by Musalih platform are under 3 days guarantee, in case the issue shall be revisited within the 3 days after the service, it shall be of no cost to the user. The cost will be there only on case of completing extra service other than the original request or new part replacement/installation. Musalih platform provides the option for the user to pay either cash or thought online payment for the services. After the payment the user has the option to rate and review the service provider “Mahir”. The review is to maintain the high-quality services targeted in every service completed through Musalih Platfrom.
