This app is for residents of a Meridian Properties managed building who have an existing login for our online resident portal. Our app allows you to make rent/maintenance payments, view your tenant ledger, submit repair requests, and view announcements. You MUST have an existing login for the resident portal on the Meridian Properties, LLC website to use this app. If you don’t have one, please contact the management office.
