Riveredge Mobile app allows visitors to bridge the nature they find out their backdoor with the environments at Riveredge Nature Center. This application can be used to guide, educate, and highlight lesser-known areas of the facility. Features included: • Trail Map - Visitors are able to access an interactive map of the Riveredge trails. They are prompted to accept location services, so they can utilize the live location feature. • Scavenger Hunt - The Scavenger Hunt guides visitors through less commonly known areas, identifying native species, and navigating their environment, combining the physical and digital experiences. • Upcoming Events - The Mobile App pulls in events from the Riveredge website. When an event is updated on the website, it will automatically update in the Mobile App.
