TRUST AND SAFETY The profiles of all sitters go through three steps of verification: 1. checking the phone number; 2. email verification; 3. identity check, which includes a verification of the authenticity of the identity document and a verification that the face from the photo and the identity document match. HONEST REVIEWS Only owners who have used the sitter can leave reviews for the sitter. This excludes the possibility of casual reviews.
