Log into the app with your Catholic Health MyChart username and password to: -Find a doctor. -Schedule and manage appointments. -Check in to your appointment virtually. -Request a prescription refill. -Communicate with your care team. -Review your test results, notes from your care team, medications, immunization history, and other health information. -View and pay your medical bills. -Upload health and fitness data, including data from the Apple Health app, when enrolled in self-tracking programs.
