You can send them to all of your clients, who can use the app for free. The app is divided into three sections: Programs, Exercises, and E-learning. Under Programs, you will find catered training programs based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Process-Based Therapy (PBT), and other evidence-based therapies. These programs have been produced by clinical experts such as Steven C. Hayes, Gijs Jansen, and many more.
