After downloading the app, setting up an account, and adding your payment info, you can order a limo on demand by opening the app and requesting one. Once you place an order through the app, you will be charged the initial $69, which includes your first 23 minutes. If your order (including any wait time) does not exceed 23 minutes, there will be no further charges.
