Names are organized alphabetically and by date (sequentially, with an option to view by month). The widget on your lock and home screen will notify you about name days for today and the following day. Apple Watch support also alerts you about the name day for the current and next day. Additionally, you can easily send a pre-written message to the person celebrating their name day.
