The mobile application provides convenient access for patients to view available doctor slots at Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospital and affiliated clinics based on their chosen location and specialty. Patients can easily book appointments with doctors in the respective specialties and manage their visit schedules through the app's Timeline feature. This app supports healthcare services and management by facilitating appointment scheduling, as well as medication and treatment management through continuity of care and follow-up bookings. The app does not collect, store, or process personal health metrics or health data from connected devices. All patient data is used solely for appointment management and patient record viewing within the hospital ecosystem. This app helps you monitor key health metrics by securely integrating with Health Connect. We only access your health data after you explicitly grant permission. Your vitals—such as blood pressure, heart rate, glucose, and more—are displayed in Profile > My Vitals, categorized as Normal, High, or Low based on age. Blood Pressure Heart Rate Heart Rate Variability Oxygen Saturation Body Temperature Blood Glucose Sleep Data Height & Weight Each vital is analyzed based on your age and categorized as Normal, High, or Low. You can view your vitals any time in the Profile > My Vitals section to stay on top of your health. Private and secure by design: We only access your data after you grant permission. Data stays on your device unless you choose to submit it. If you click “Submit”, your data will be securely sent to our server so your assigned healthcare provider can review it. If you choose not to submit (by pressing Back or Cancel), your data is not sent or stored on our server.
