La publication des indicateurs de satisfaction et de performance de l’EFS s’inscrit dans le cadre du programme de « Transparence sur la qualité et l’efficacité du service public » lancé par la Direction interministérielle de la transformation publique (DITP). C’est dans ce cadre que l’EFS a choisi d’afficher 4 indicateurs de satisfaction et 2 indicateurs de performance qui seront affichés sur les lieux de don et sur ce site internet. Ces résultats seront également disponibles sur le site https://www.plus.transformation.gouv.fr L’EFS a donc choisi d’interroger les donneurs sur la satisfaction globale quant au dernier don de sang, le délai d’attente avant le don, la qualité de la relation donneur et de l’accueil, et la pertinence des informations présentes sur notre site internet. Ces indicateurs proviennent de l’Observatoire de l’expérience donneurs, une enquête annuelle récurrente qui mesure la qualité de service de l’EFS et sonde la satisfaction d’un échantillon de 30 000 donneurs sur les 1,5 millions qui donnent leur sang chaque année. Cette démarche est importante car elle permet à l’établissement d’être à l’écoute des donneurs et de leurs attentes.
