Nature’s Nocturnal Adventure Scenic Caves Nordic Centre transforms after dark, offering a thrilling adventure. The trails you’ve come to know and love during the day provide an entirely different experience by night.  Since your vision is impeded by darkness, your sense of hearing is heightened, making every rustle, whisper or coo that much more intense. Listen for sounds of local nocturnal wildlife as you’re guided along under a moonlit sky. On a clear night, explore constellations or wish upon a shooting star. Guided night snowshoe hikes at Scenic Caves Nordic Centre are truly a magical experience.   Select your date, and join in a tour with up to 25 other night adventurers.  Availability: Saturdays at 6pm in December, January, February & March  December 27 January 3,10,17,24,31 February 7,21,28 March 7,14  Guided Night Snowshoe Tour includes:An unforgettable experience with our knowledgeable guides, trail pass, showshoes, headlamps.  Experience our forest trails, lookout points and trek across Southern Ontario's longest Suspension Bridge taking in the night sky over Georgian Bay and Collingwood.  Upon returning to the lodge, relax by the firepit enjoying a hot beverage with your fellow snowshoe hikers. Plan to arrive 20-30 minutes prior to departure. Rental snowshoes and headlamps are provided.   No experience necessary. Minimum age to participate is 10.
