For the past year I've been running Paint and Take events every couple of months and they have been a huge hit. Everyone at the event got a free model to paint and take home. I offered some tips on miniature painting techniques and color selection. The models were often themed around holidays like Halloween and Christmas and we even had an event sponsored by Warlord Games. Everyone had a great time and I had a lot of fun running the events.  The time has come to change things up a bit and open up the event format. Friday Night Hangouts at Tabletop Heaven will be an open table night to come down to the store, break out a boardgame, flip some cards, fight a skirmish battle or paint some models. I want to give the local community a place to enjoy their Tabletop Hobby on a Friday night.  Starting Friday August 1st, Friday Night Hangouts at Tabletop Heaven will take place on the first Friday of the month from 6 to 10pm. I will have a small library of board games available to play as well as paints brushes and models available for painters.
