This app allows you to manage your wellness and fitness through personalized recommended workouts based on your goals and level. The workouts are automated or live, with a variety of choices including fitness, mindfulness, cardio, strength, yoga, pre-natal, Pilates, etc. Apple Health Integration allows you to send your Automated Workout details (workouts and Active Energy) to the Apple Health app, and retrieve activities recorded through your Apple Watch. Different features are available according to your membership level.
