The Codeks Mobility application extends the functionality of the Codeks time and attendance software to your smartphone or tablet. It enables you to register your work hours and view your time attendance data using a mobile device. The application requires the Codeks time and attendance software in order to operate as well as a valid Codeks Virtual card license assigned to each user who will be using the application. Features • The mobile application can be used on iPhone and iPad devices with iOS 8 or higher. • You can review your own time registration or the time registration of any other users in the Codeks system. • The application can record the geographical coordinates of your location, so you can register your time attendance anywhere. • Time registration is even possible without a connection (in offline mode). The unsynchronized events are stored on your device and uploaded to the Codeks system when the connection is reestablished. • The application also supports the functionality of several Codeks Add-ons: ◦ The TA Leave announces Add-on that enables users to request daily leaves of absences, such as holiday leaves. ◦ The Codeks ePertmits Add-on which is used for requesting and confirming electronic permits for short-term exits during working hours. ◦ The Codeks Reservations Add-on that enables users to make reservations for rooms, offices or other spaces within the company. With a combination of the Codeks time attendance software, the Codeks Mobility application and a sufficient number of Codeks Virtual Card licenses it is possible to establish a time and attendance system without special T&A hardware equipment.
