Download the app and find out about our subscriptions. # Get going in four steps ▶ Step 1: BECOME A CUSTOMER • Choose the subscription that’s right for you • Become a Mobility customer in just a few steps • Download the Mobility app ▶ Step 2: MAKE A RESERVATION Open the app or the customer portal and proceed as follows: • Enter the Mobility station • Enter the desired duration • Select the vehicle category, reserve ▶ Step 3: DRIVE OFF • Go to your reserved vehicle. • Inspect the vehicle for damage. Report any damage to the vehicle via the Mobility app before you start your journey. • Unlock the vehicle using the app (via Bluetooth), the Mobility Card or your SwissPass card. • Off you go! ▶ Step 4: DROP OFF • Return the vehicle to the original Mobility station on time.
