The users, who are also customers of EAC Supply, by selecting "Supply" and after Sign In, can access their bill, pay them electronically, see their consumption history, request to receive the bill via email and access the reporting histories they have submitted. Also through the Energy Calculator users can estimate the cost of use of various electrical appliances depending on the power of the device and the time of use. By selecting "Distribution", all Network users can be informed of Scheduled interruptions and / or Faults by District, report an incident for street lighting problems, tree pruning or other Network problem and submit their meter reading.
