The NordBord App facilitates quick and easy testing of hamstring strength and imbalance, as well as completing personalised isometric strength training programs. Connect to The NordBord via Bluetooth for rapid testing of isometric and eccentric hamstring strength. The live force graph provides visual bio-feedback in real-time and highlights max hamstring strength and left / right imbalance to facilitate rapid decision making. Once you have completed testing, data is uploaded to VALD Hub to facilitate centralised analytics and data review across VALD testing systems.
