This App allows you, with the help of predefined templates, easily create invoices in various currencies and various languages (English, German, Czech, Slovak, Russian and Ukrainian), manage them, generate them as the pdf format and optionally export them into the ISDOC format. The App can work even without Internet connection. Data are stored locally in your phone (tablet). The App can operate in three different modes. Essential mode is completely free of charge. Essential mode - Functions: Automatical Invoice Nr. generating Output language selection Currency selection PDF format of invoice generating Invoice sharing Template of supplier’s information Template of supplier’s bank information Templates for 2 customers Templates for 3 products Template of an accountant Company LOGO in header Inserting a signature (stamp) Enhanced mode - Additional functions beside Essential mode: No promotions pop up during invoice generating and saving Invoice duplicating (to use as the template for next invoices) Information about invoice state (after due date, paid) Advanced mode - Additional functions beside Enhanced mode: Unlimited amount of products templates Unlimited amount of customers templates Up to 4 templates for supplier’s bank information ISDOC invoice format generation - ISDOC is an extension of UBL 2.2 format for importing invoices easily into the economical systems supporting ISDOC formats (for example POHODA, HELIOS, ABRA, SAP, MONEY, KARAT, GORDIC, BYZNYS……). Before using, please make sure, that generated invoice contains all important accounting data.
