The trust was founded in 1992 under the leadership of Sri.K.P.Acharya with the main objective of the advancement of educational activities throughout Karnataka. Presently the trust is headed by Sri.K.P.Acharya, Chairman. The institution is focused on the future of its students & has emerged as a modal educational institution with innovative teaching methodologies, study materials, extracurricular activities & vocational education to its pupil. Today Vidyaniketan Group of Institutions with an infrastructure of 1,20,000sq.ft spread across the sprawling 4-acre campus has more than 1300 students with 130+ dedicated staff. The institution is located adjacent to NH 17 at Kaup, just 11 km from Udupi or 45 Km from Mangalore.
