Strongest man is an amazing fun gym simulator where you will build muscle mass of your character by performing various exercises.
Each training session will develop your character's muscles. Each exercise improves a specific muscle group of the character:
- Overhead press increases the strength of arms
- Bench press develops the muscles of torso
- Treadmill will allow to pump up your legs
