The Benenden Health App can be used by any healthcare member or Healthcare Lite user. The App gives you the reassurance of knowing that wherever you go, Benenden Health is just a few clicks away. The details of the services which may be available to access via the App are detailed in your Guide to Benenden Healthcare or Benenden Healthcare Lite Handbook. As a Healthcare member you may be able to use our free app to: - Book and take GP phone and video consultations on the go. - Submit a request for diagnostics and treatment services. - Click to call to access our Mental Health Helpline or speak to our Member Services team to request access to physiotherapy services. - Manage your membership – update your personal details quickly and easily. - Use the Wellbeing Hub to browse a wide ranging choice of articles, videos, live webinars and classes to support your mental wellbeing, fitness and nutritional health. - See your rewards and discounts. As a Healthcare Lite user you may be able to use our free app to: - Book and take GP phone and video consultations on the go. - Access our Emotional Wellbeing Helpline. - Manage your membership – update your personal details quickly and easily. - Use the Wellbeing Hub to browse a wide ranging choice of articles, videos, live webinars and classes to support your mental wellbeing, fitness and nutritional health. - See your rewards and discounts. Important Information You need to be a Benenden Health member to use this App. Log into the App using your existing My Benenden username and password. If you don’t have a My Benenden account, you can create an account via the app.
